RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We have a 7 day exchange policy on all products. (NO RETURNS) each case is different please always email us.Making a exchange is easy. Just send us an email within, 7days of receiving your purchase, via e-mail at callmama@mamaleather.com with your Order and concern.All items MUST be sent back via USPS or UPS and have a tracking number. Exchanged products must be in the same condition you received them and in the original box and packaging. The items MUST NOT have been worn, altered, washed OR DAMAGED.All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
